Return Process

  Securely package your unused products in their original boxes to ensure they are protected during transit to our warehouse.

  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
